Her state-of-the-art strategies combine biohacking modalities, nutrient-based interventions, and in-depth functional assessments to optimize the body’s capacity for healing and long-term performance.
Sara’s journey in healthcare began with military service in the U.S. Army, where she served as a medic and nutritionist. Her dedication to care deepened through every tier of the medical profession, progressing from CNA to LPN, RN, and ultimately Nurse Practitioner.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado State University Pueblo, followed by a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of South Alabama.
She holds dual board certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC).
Beyond clinical practice, Sara served as a professor for advanced nursing programs and worked as Clinical Director at Centers for Advanced Medicine, specializing in cancer, autism, and immune-focused care.
Her rare combination of academic, integrative, and real-world experience gives her a multidimensional lens for restoring health and longevity.
