Nextgen Wellness was founded by Alexander Moran; a paramedic, firefighter, personal trainer, and wellness professional whose career has always centered on one thing: taking care of people. After years in high-stress, high-stakes roles, Alex saw a critical flaw in the system: people were being treated like numbers, not lives. Nextgen was forged in that frustration, and born from a bold vision to change it. What started as a dream to deliver better care became a mission: to bring science-backed, human-first wellness to people before they hit a breaking point.

Each role Alex held added depth to his understanding of both the body, and the broken systems meant to care for it. He saw how targeted nutrition, hydration, and recovery could transform health, often more than medication ever could. At Nextgen, we blend functional medicine with proven science.
